The complaint filed by the petitioners before Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. has been considered and disposed of by an order dated 20th April, 2022. In view of the subsequent cause of action which arose on passing of the order dated 20th April, 2022 the cause of action for filing the present writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceeding challenging the order dated 20th April, 2022 before the appropriate forum, if so advised.

Copy of the order dated 20th April, 2022, handed over in Court today, be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
