1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 5 files a copy of the email in court today, is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel submits that an email has been received indicating that the suit plot no. IIIB-967, measuring more or less 150 sq. mtr. at Newtown, Kolkata, is fit for handover to Shri Chanakya Naryan Haldar, the petitioner herein; as such, necessary direction may be passed in the present writ petition.

3. In the above backdrop, this Court finds that the respondents are ready to accept the contention of the writ petitioner and are further ready to handover the property in question to the Petitioner herein.

4. Nothing further remains for adjudication. WPA 5504 of 2018 is, thus, disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent authority to handover the possession of the originally allotted plot no. IIIB-967, measuring more or less 150 sq. mtr. at Newtown, Action Area- III/1 under MIGI Category, Kolkata, to Shri Chanakya Naryan Haldar, the petitioner herein, upon complying with all legal formalities within 4 weeks from this day.

5. Connected application, if any, is also, thus, disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, taking all legal formalities.
