And In the matter of : Saiyad Rafik @ Saiyad Mohammad Rafik & anr. ...... petitioners Ms. Jeenia Rudra ....for the petitioners Mr. Sudip Ghosh, Mr. Apurba Kr. Datta ....for the State Considering the long absconsion in respect of the police case dated June 13, 2019 and considering the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1198 of 2023 is rejected.
