In view of the aforesaid, condition of bail not to enter the jurisdiction of Raiganj Police Station except for the purpose of attending Court proceedings and to meet the Officer-in-charge of Garden Reach Police Station (within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing) once in a week is waived. He shall meet the Officer-in-charge of Raiganj Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
