Petitioner has challenged the proceedings arising out of Bishnupur Police Station Case No.191 of 2018 wherein chargesheet was submitted in the year 2019 under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The said case has already been committed to the court of sessions. Petitioner is granted liberty to take up all the issues canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1080 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
