The petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects therein and seek further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 7407 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
