Apprehending arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.27 of 2016 dated 8.2.2016 in connection with POR no.2 OF NM of 20202021 dated 25.12.2020 under Namkhana Range, South 24Paraganas Division, under Sections 9/39/44/49(b)/50/51/55 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 arising out of Kakdeep P.S. C216 of 2020 dated 25.12.2020, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is a fatal mistake in the instant application and, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
