Petitioner's grievance is against non-consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 29th November, 2018 being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition and that the respondent no. 3 is sitting over it and has not communicated the fate of such representation.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition in accordance with law within eight weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 5752 (W) of 2019 is disposed of.
