By this writ petition the writ petitioner sought for a direction upon the concerned respondent not to act on the basis of the decision taken in the resolution of the managing committee concerned in its meeting held on 28.02.2008 and the writ petitioners sought for a further direction upon the concerned respondent to reconstitute academic council and staff council in the meeting scheduled to be held on March 15, 2008. By efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
