Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the provisions of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 invoked as against the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. 2766 of 2021 is dismissed.
