This Court has intervened on behalf of the petitioner in several cases.

The writ petition numbers and orders passed therein are disclosed in the writ petition.

The petitioner makes two-fold prayer:- Firstly, he asks for a list of all cases pending in the district of Purba Medinipur against him. Secondly, that no coercive steps, whatsoever, should be taken against him in respect of any new cases that may be registered.

Mr.

Rajdeep Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press the second prayer against coercive measures.

He, however, submits that this Court's order dated January 19, 2023 passed in WPA 368 of 2023 record that FIR No. 309 registered on November 23, 2022, was not disclosed to the Court on January 19, 2022.

Mr. Amal Kr. Sen, learned counsel appearing for the State has produced the list of pending cases against the petitioner in the district of Purba Medinipur and the same has been handed over to Mr. Majumder.

Apart from these cases, there are no other cases registered against the petitioner in the district of Purba Medinipur till date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
