Learned advocate for the petitioner, State, Union of India and ICICI Bank are present.

Petitioner is aggrieved for non-consideration of the communication made by the Officer-in-Charge of Cyber Crime Police Station, Kolkata along with Officer-inCharge, Park Street Police Station; Officer-in-Charge, Shakespeare Sarani Police Station; Officer-in-Charge, Liluah Police Station, Howrah; Officer-in-Charge, Cyber Cell, Howrah Police Station and also the Branch Manager of ICICI Bank, Chowringee Branch. To that effect petitioner submitted detailed information to each of the authorities which were sent to the Office of all the authorities narrated above.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that already Cyber Police Station, Kolkata case no. 97/24 dated 11.09.2024 is being investigated and the investigation of the said case is in progress.

So far as the submission of the State are concerned the petitioner is not alien to the findings of the investigating agency. Since an investigation requires series of unearthing the truth, the investigating officer would also take into account the representation made to the police authorities which is enclosed in page 46 to the writ petition as a part and parcel of the investigation itself.

Learned advocate representing the Union of India submits that so far as his client is concerned presently there is no involvement of the respondent nos. 1 and 3 as steps are being taken by the State police agency. Since the investigation has already commenced, the investigating agency will take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations WPA 6833 of 2025 is disposed of.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
