Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents are disrupting the water supply to the factory of the petitioner and that the private respondents are holding out threats to the workers of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the State inquired into the complaints and found that the disputes to be civil in nature between the private parties.

The private respondents are represented.

In the facts of the present case, apparently, there are disputes between private parties which are civil in nature. So far the holding out of the threats to the workers of the petitioner are concerned, the police will ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale. The police will

ensure that every worker of the petitioner is capable of attending to their duties without any hindrance whatsoever. The police will take suitable action, in the event it comes across any incidents of threat being held out to any of the workers of the petitioner in any manner whatsoever. The private parties are at liberty to approach to the appropriate forum for settlement of their disputes which civil in nature, in accordance with law.

WPA 7738 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
