Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate for the State, submits that the complaint of the petitioner with regard to issuance of a scheduled caste certificate to the respondent no.8, is being looked into and steps are being taken for verification.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to conclude the proceedings upon hearing all the interested parties, in accordance with law. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all the parties concerned, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
