2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the steps taken by the bank for recovery of the loan amount in accordance with the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner claims to be the guarantor of the loan.

3. As per the Act any person aggrieved by the steps taken by the secured creditor for recovery of the loan amount ought to approach the competent forum for remedy.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by observing that the petitioner may take steps in the matter in accordance with law, if so advised.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
