His personal appearance may be dispensed with. It is further submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that the order dated September 06, 2019 has been complied with and the petitioner has been granted approval for the fair price shop.

In the light of the above submission, this matter is adjourned for two weeks.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to take instruction from his client. A copy of the order of approval has been handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitiioner in Court today.

The alleged contemnor No. 2, namely, Swarup Mondal is personally present in Court today. Further appearance of Sri Mondal is dispensed with until further orders.
