It has been pointed out that 20,000 bottles of Phensedyl were recovered from a vehicle and the petitioners are thickly connected with the offence. Charges have already been framed and trial has presumably commenced. Having considered the quantity of seizure, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 377 of 2025, is dismissed.

State would take steps for expediting the progress of the trial.
