The petitioner claims that he is the owner and his name has been entered in the record of rights, yet the private respondent has prepared a forged deed and has got advantage of government schemes. The petitioner to that effect, complained with the Officer-in-Charge, Pursurah Police Station. State has submitted a report which reflects that the dispute is absolutely not within the domain of the police authorities; until an appropriate authority or the court decide that the petitioner's right, title and interest in the property is absolute, it would not be possible for the police authorities to act.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate authorities or the civil court in respect of the nature of dispute complained of. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7011 of 2023 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
