The police authorities have submitted that in case, the petitioner starts construction of a boundary wall on his own land and there are no dispute with regard to the right, title and possession of the land in question, the police authorities will keep a strict vigil and ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the police authorities, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the sever copy of this order.
