Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners points out an error portion on the face of record. State is represented.
The order dated March 27, 2023 records that the police filed charge sheet.
So far as conditions for anticipatory bail is concerned, the Court directed the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 to cooperate with the Investigating Officer till conclusion of investigation and petitioner no. 5 to report before the Investigating Officer once in a month till conclusion of investigation.
In view of the fact that police filed charge sheet, such condition in the order dated March 27, 2023 be replaced with the condition that 'on further condition that
the petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court'.
Other portion of the order dated March 27, 2023 will remain unaltered.
