2. It appears that in terms of this Court's order dated 08.08. 2025 which has been upheld by the Hon'ble Appeal Court dated 9.12.2025, excepting a little modification, the disciplinary proceeding has not yet been commenced against Mr. Kanailal Barui.

3. Mrs. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor has informed that Kanailal Barui has not yet submitted reply to the show cause issued to him.

4. Be that as it may, she submits that the alleged contemnor shall be proceeding henceforth in accordance with law and in terms of the Court's order as above.

5. On the prayer of the alleged contemnor, this matter is adjourned today.

6. Let it appear on 6.3.2026 on which date the alleged contemnor shall furnish a status report.
