The challenge is with regard to a show cause notice dated June 27, 2013.

The affidavit of the respondent no. 2 discloses that the show cause notice was disposed of by an order dated September 26, 2018. The order dated September 26, 2018 is a part of such affidavit. According to the petitioner, it never received the order dated September 26, 2018. The petitioner raises various issues with regard to order dated September 26, 2018.

The scope of the writ petition, in my view, does not allow the issues raised with regard to the order dated September 26, 2018 to be considered.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated September 26, 2018, it is at liberty to take appropriate steps with regard thereto. All points relating to order dated September 26, 2018 are kept open.

WPA 7748 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
