Perused the report filed by the Block Development Officer, Murshidabad-Jiaganj Development Block. The report is taken on record.

It appears that the panchayat authorities have already indicated that the payment should be made to the petitioner. Apparently, the payment has not been released due to lack of funds. The matter is pending before the District Panchayats and Rural Development Officer, Murshidabad.

As the authorities have already found that the petitioner is entitled to receive the payment on the basis of the work completed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Murshidabad to take steps for mobilization of the funds so that the amount payable to the petitioner as per the report submitted before the Court is disbursed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
