Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Ms. Baisali Basu .....for the State.

This revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Bharatpur Police Station Case No. 264 of 2019 dated 22.09.2019 under Sections 498A/304B/302/34 IPC. As none appeared on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear in this revisional application. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. I have considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application and I find that the relevant time when the revisional application was filed, the Investigating Officer on completion of investigation submitted the chargesheet before the jurisdictional court. So far as the facts of the case are concerned, prima facie there are materials for the case to proceed.

Having considered the stage at which the petitioner approached this court and the fact that the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were yet to be supplied, I am of the

opinion that no interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 830 of 2021 is dismissed.
