Case No.708 of 2025 dated 29.12.2025 under Sections 329(4)/118(1)/118(2)/109/303(2)/351(3)/ 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

And In the matter of: Abdullah Khan ... petitioner Mr. D. Karan ... for the petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Mr. Sandip Kundu ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a scuffle over a property dispute between two groups of persons. No one received grievous injury.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail, refers to the statements of local witnesses including the victim and relies on the medical report of the three victims. He submits that one of the victims suffered fracture injuries on both the joints of the left forearm. Considering the above and the other materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
