Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mr. S. G. Mukherjee, ld. PP, Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan ....for the State.

The revisional application has been preferred in respect of the proceedings relate to Phoolbagan P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014 dated 05.06.2014 under Sections 403/406/415/420/120B IPC. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

It is seen from the records that on 22.03.2021 when the mater appeared, learned advocate for the petitioner undertook to file certified copy of the FIR or the chargesheet or any order-sheet relating to the proceedings arising out of G. R. Case No. 1945 of 2014( Phoolbagan P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014).

The prayer which was advanced is for expeditious disposal of the case. Earlier, the matter appeared on 6th June, 2022 when none represented the petitioner.

Having considered the conduct of the petitioner before the court and the failure in commitment in respect of supply of the copy of

the FIR or the Chargesheet, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the revisional application before this court is unwarranted. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 829 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
