The petitioner alleges illegal stoppage of erection of a boundary wall around a portion of land over which he claims title.

In view of the order of injunction which has been passed in Title Suit No.72 of 2023, the allegation of the petitioner cannot be decided at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any decision on merits, upon granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent court of law for variation, vacation or modification of the order of injunction.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
