The present writ petition of the year 2009 has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to set aside the impugned order and award passed by the learned 1st Industrial Tribunal being the respondent no. 2 herein and praying for re-instatement with wages and other consequential benefits on the ground that their service has been terminated illegally. None appears on behalf of either sides.

Considering the said fact, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 5110 of 2009 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Industrial Court and the Labour Commissioner, Government of West Bengal.
