For the State Pursuant to the direction made by this Court on September 8, 2022 it is submitted by Ms. Santi Das, learned advocate for the writ petitioner that the respondent no.3 had complied with the same and filed a report before the concerned Treasury Officer, Kalyani Sub-Division. A copy of the report was also furnished before the relevant school authority. The school authority made over a copy of the said calculation of the dues payable to the writ petitioner. A copy of such calculation handed over to the petitioner is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

Following the said calculation of the dues payable to the petitioner done by the respondent no.3, the Treasury Officer, Kalyani Sub-Division is directed to take steps to release, disburse and pay the petitioner forthwith strictly in accordance with law positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observations this writ petition, WPA 6523 of 2022 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
