In Re: CRA 154 of 2003 None appears for the appellant in CRA 154 of 2003. The learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) is directed to serve administrative notice upon the appellant to ensure his personal appearance before the court on the next date of hearing through the concerned police station.

From the report submitted by the learned Registrar Judicial Service dated 20.03.2023. From the report it transpires that Lower Court records was sent down in c/w CRA 133 of 2003 which was disposed of on 20.01.2018 with another appeal CRA 152 of 2003. Registrar Judicial Service is further directed to call for the Lower Court records in the instant appeal.

Let this matter be fixed on 19th June, 2023.
