1. There is one police case as against the petitioner no.1 under the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

2. In the present police case, there are call details recording between the petitioners and the persons arrested with the commercial quantity of contraband.

3. In such circumstances, we are of the view that, petitioners are unable to over the restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

4. Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
