Banerjee) Mr. Arnab Roy Mr. Satyam Mukherjee Ms. Sayani Ahmed ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff no. 1 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) at Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur to dispose of title Suit No. 60 of 2019 expeditiously. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that an application for appointment of Receiver is pending since the year 2020. He further submits that the application was heard in part and the next date for further hearing of the said application is fixed on March 28, 2025.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice to the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon

the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing them before the learned trial Judge. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 1078 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) at Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur to take up the hearing of the application for appointment of Receiver on the next date fixed i.e., on March 28, 2025, and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory application, the learned trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit as expeditiously as possible. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
