The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of MAT Suit No.578 of 2019, which is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track (2nd Court), Contai, Purba Medinipur.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the opposite party that another MAT Suit No.695 of 2022 is also pending before the same court.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of MAT Suit No.578 of 2019 along with MAT Suit No.695 of 2022 within a period of one year from the next date fixed upon holding analogous trial of the both the suits. Unnecessary adjournments shall not be granted to any of the parties.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the suits and the learned court below shall decide the suits on its own merits.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
