In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the said report, he is at liberty to file a narazi application before the jurisdictional Magistrate ventilating her grievance. Upon such application being filed, the jurisdictional Magistrate shall deal with the same before proceeding with the case any further. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
