We have considered the materials on record. Bail was granted to the opposite parties in 2017 after considering the merits of the case and the period of detention. There is no illegality in the order granting bail. More than six years have lapsed since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the opposite parties.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
