It appears from the Report that the CESC Limited is ready to issue an offer letter and provide an electricity connection upon compliance with all formalities and payment of necessary dues by the petitioner.

In view of the above, WPA 6990 of 2026 stands allowed.

The CESC Limited is directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law in providing such electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner.

The petitioner is also directed to comply with all statutory formalities and makes necessary payments as contained in the proposed letter of offer.
