1. Petitioners are in-laws of the de facto complainant. Police case was registered within 2 years of marriage. Physical torture alleged by the de facto complainant is corroborated not only by the medical evidence in the case diary but also of a neighbour.

2. All the petitioners before us are involved.

3. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

5. CRM (A) 1035 of 2025 is dismissed.
