Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 10-01-2023 Subha Item no.51 Ct no.34 CRR 833 of 2021 Sri Dipankar Karmakar -versus- The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Re : An application under Section 401 read with S.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 27.10.2020 in SL No. 558 of 2020.

The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore was pleased to observe that police should submit a report as to whether on the self-same facts another case has been registered. It was categorically observed that in the application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it is recorded that FIR has also been registered.

In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any grievance to be ventilated in the present revisional application. None appears for the petitioner and no accommodation has also been prayed for.

The stage at which the petitioner approached this court also do not require interference as the learned Magistrate has already adhered to the established procedures of law.

Consequently, the present revisional application being CRR 833 of 2021 is dismissed.

. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
