For the petitioner The only prayer in this application is for expeditious hearing of the Matrimonial Suit No.1768 of 2018 which is pending for a considerable period of time. Considering the nature of prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas, is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.1768 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, avoiding any unnecessary adjournment.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 897 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of

the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas, forthwith. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
