Petitioner being the husband filed this application praying quashing of the proceeding being complaint case No. 839 of under Sections 498A/506(II)/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24Parganas. This case pertains to year 2017. However, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case as petitioner did not turn up on several occasions.

Accordingly, CRR 815 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below.
