Despite service of notice, the State respondents are not represented.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners are the employees of the Government sponsored technical school run by the Ramkrishna Mission Ashrama, Junior Technical School Branch. They have retired from time to time. They claim leave salary for the period of unable leaves during their service.

They have made repeated representations to the respondents by themselves and through their employer, the Ramkrishna Mission Industrial Training Centre to the Director of Industrial Training School at Calcutta.

In those circumstances, the 4th respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioners scrutinizing the same in consultation with the Secretary, Ramkrishna Mission Ashrama, Junior Technical School at Narendrapur and release all leave encashment entitlements to the petitioners and/or take an appropriate decision in the matter, within a period of 3 months from date.

This Court by order dated March 14, 2019 passed in WP 19948 (W) of 2018 had considered and allowed a similar prayer.

The 4th respondent shall bear in mind the findings of this Court in the said order dated March 14, 2018 annexed to the writ petition as Annexure "P-5".

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
