The instant revisional application challenges order No.116 dated 12.2.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Serampore, District-Hooghly in Misc. Case No.13 of 2014 arising out of Money Execution Case No.20 of 2013. The Execution Case is pending before the learned Trial Court since 30.6.2006 and has not been proceeded with due to pendency of the present application.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the present application any further. Accordingly, C.O.1046 of 2018 is dismissed for default.
