Mr. Arunava Pati ........For the Petitioner Mr. Pinaki Dhole Mr. Manas Kumar Sadhu .......For the State One dispute in respect of the process of pension paper of the petitioner relating to mismatch of statement of the Head of the Institution in soft copy and hard copy has been resolved. The other dispute is the scale of pay of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated that he was given trained graduate teachers' scale but the learned advocate for the District Inspector of Schools submits that he is not entitled to get trained graduate teachers' scale and it was given to him by the earlier District Inspector of Schools erroneously.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to sit with the petitioner in meetings and explain to him why he is raising objection and the District Inspector of Schools is also directed to take a decision in accordance with law in respect of the controversy over sale of pay. Such decision is to be taken by 21st January, 2022 after holding a meeting

with the petitioner and the decision of the District Inspector of Schools in this regard will be intimated to the petitioner by 28th January, 2022.

With this observation this writ application is disposed of.
