The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate ground.

The predecessor-of-interest of the petitioner was serving in the Basuria Union Co-operative Agricultural Credit Society Limited.

The petitioner has failed to produce any scheme pursuant to which the application for compassionate appointment may be considered.

In the absence of a scheme, there is no scope for entertaining the application for compassionate appointment.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
