Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that he do not intend to press the present revisional application as there has been complete change of circumstances. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

In view of the submission so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 835 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
