Considering the merits of the allegation and the extent of their involvement in the crime, opposite party nos. 2 to 4 were released on bail in 2018. We do not find any illegality or irregularity in the order granting interim bail to them. Order is an interlocutory one. More than five years have elapsed since then. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere with the order of granting interim bail.

Accordingly, application is dismissed.
