Having considered the factum that the charge-sheet has been submitted, ld. advocate has prayed for liberty to file afresh incorporating the documents relating to Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. along with a report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C.

In view of the prayer so advanced, the present revisional application, being CRR 1041 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

Liberty is granted to file afresh, as directed above. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the ld. advocate on record appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy.
