1. None for the parties even in the pass-over round.

2. Learned Single Judge by impugned order dated 7th April, 2022, passed in WPA 14706 of 2021 declined interference on the ground that show-cause notice cannot be interfered with because 'admittedly the plot of land belongs to PWD and petitioner has no right, title and interest'.

3. It appears that petitioner has lost interest in this matter and, therefore, did not appear in both the rounds.

4. Accordingly, the intra-court appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. With the dismissal of appeal, pending IA No: CAN/1/2022 is also dismissed.

6. Interlocutory order (if any) stands vacated.

7. No order as to costs.
