The subject matter of challenge relates to a proceeding under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code being Chanchal Police Station Case No. 445 of 2020. The petitioners were aggrieved by the continuance of the proceedings as well as the order dated 08-022022. The order dated 08-02-2022 reflects that the learned Magistrate after receipt of the chargesheet took cognizance of the offences and proceeded in accordance with law as per the prayers so advanced by the Investigating Agency/Prosecuting Agency. Having considered the nature and gravity of the offence and the pendency of the revisional application, I am not inclined to interfere with the order under challenge. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1213 of 2022 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
