None appears for the petitioners.

Learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 9, 10 and 11, at the outset submits that the main relief claimed by the petitioner is for implementation of sanctioned project as specified in paragraphs 10 and 11 of the petition.

He, on more than one occasion made categorical statement that he appeared for the previous Pradhan and all these projects have already been completed.

In view of these statements made we have no reason to keep this PIL pending in the case dockets of this Court.

The PIL stands disposed of.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the respondent nos.

9-11 prayed and granted permission to produce the photographs of completion of the project.

The registry of this Court shall keep the photograph on record carefully.
